What is the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by your vehicle’s manufacturer. Aftermarket parts are made by a third party. We work with you and your insurance provider to ensure the best parts are used for a safe and high-quality repair.
Can you help me get a rental car?
Yes. We can help coordinate a rental car for you. If your insurance policy includes rental coverage, we can often arrange for the rental agency to meet you at our shop when you drop off your vehicle upon request.
What should I do if my car is not drivable?
If your vehicle is unsafe to drive after an accident, don’t worry — just give us a call. We work with trusted local towing companies and can arrange to have your vehicle brought directly to our shop.
